Customer No:
This no give a unique identity to each and every customer. This no will be printed on all sales and service bills, so you can easily identify the customers among with same names and etc.
If user issues membership cards or other types of cards, this no should be printed on cards. By entering the customer no in the text box, user can select particular customer from the window which display the customers based on the entered customer no. Search button should be enabled for search.
Name
It stores merely the name of the customer. User can search a customer with customer name like customer no. This name will be used in account ledgers, Sales and Service bills, SMS Contents.
Date of Birth
User can store customer’s birthdays, it will be used for generate birthday greeting sms
Price List Type:
Enlight gives chance to maintain multiple price lists for home care products. So user can select a particular pricelist for a customer. Price Lists can be created in’Price List Details Window’
Qualification, Profession, Tag:
These are the some more details to help the administrator to understand about the customers.
Martial Status, Anniversary:
User should the marital status from list and a particular customer is married, user can enter the anniversary date. This details will help the administrator to convey her wishes through email

If a particular customer is introduced or refereed by a existing customer, we can note that details here.

This information can be used for sending mailers and sms. The mobile no entered in the first text box will be used for send sms

Available Specials & Eligible Specials
Enlight helps the user to implement privilege plans. User can create privilege plans in “Special Plan” and assign a privilege plan from here. Available Specials table shows the special plans that are avail in the parlor. By double clicking on a particular plan user can assign that plan to the particular customer.
Customer Performance
This table shows the income amount from a particular customer with in last one year, last six months, last 7 days and etc.
No of Referrals
It shows that how many new customers are introduced or refereed to your parlor by a particular customer. It will help the administrator to know and understand the importance of the customer and to decide how to treat him special.

Administrator can decide that types of communication can be made with a particular customer/

By click on this button user can view the complete service history of the selected customer.
Purchase History
By click on this button user can view the complete home purchase history of the selected customer.
PV Status
By click on this button user can view the PV Status of the selected customer.
Special Privilege Plans
Most of the parlors have equal charges for same type of Facial and treatments, so customers may decide to go near by parlor or try that treatment with a new parlor. In that case a customer may be converted as regular customer by their approach and like else. Most of the parlors loose their prominent customers in this way.
Enlight helps to reduce the rate of this type of customer lose. Enlight team recommends implementing special privilege plans for regular and prominent customers and gives them some discounts on treatments, homecare purchase. It means, enable the customers to earn PV (Point Values) through their treatments and home care, cosmetics purchase from parlor.
Enlight allows creating multiple special privilege plans. User can assign individual discounts for homecare and service treatments. Each Plan may have different Point values.

3. To earn PV min Cost of Individual service – Generally PV is calculated base on individual services. So user should set minimum cost of treatment to start calculation of PV. Through this one user can avoid small cost treatments from earning PV
4. Minimum PV to Claim is – it helps to fix a PV a level to start Claim
5. PV will be expired after days- it helps to prevent the dead users to use very old PVs

Service Treatments
User has to store the details of service treatments that are available in parlor or salon.
It is better, enter the service category and service parameter details before the service treatments. Service categories are nothing but just classification factor for service treatments. This classification will help in assigning discounts for special plans and fixing targets for beauticians.
The word ‘Service Parameter’ may be a new one to you. Here we should note that we do not use same color for all hair coloring treatments and so and so. Service history is important for proceed with current treatment sitting. Beautician should be mind the components used in last coloring treatment. We may enter merely as hair coloring and doesn’t care about treatment components.
Enlight gives an excellent solution for this issue. User can fix parameters for each and every service. Enlight will ask parameter values while service bill is made and store it.
